Dev: What is the Workroom Status?

The Workroom Status determines which Workroom actions are able to be taken by both the Developer and the Employer. Below is a summary chart of the Workroom Statuses, when each Workroom Status is appropriate, and which Workroom Buttons (Actions) are available to the Employer and the Developer at each Workroom Status.
